GIL Assistant Manager (Software Development) 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have one of the following degrees:

BE/BTech in IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering

MCA (Master of Computer Applications)

MSc (IT/CS) or equivalent recognized qualification
- Desirable: Postgraduate degree in relevant domain or MBA (IT)

Desirable Certifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certification
- ITIL Foundation

- Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in software/application development
or e-Governance implementation. - Minimum 2 years of team/project coordination or module lead experience preferred.

GIL Assistant Manager (Software Development) Salary 2025
The salary structure is expected to follow Gujarat Government/GIL norms.

Pay Scale (Level-08): Approx. ₹44900 to ₹142400 per month
