- Applications for the above posts should be sent to the Chief Officer, Kalol Municipality, G. Gandhinagar within 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement only by registered post AD.
- Candidates belonging to the reserved category should submit a certificate from a competent authority regarding their caste and applications without such certificate will not be considered.
- Applicants should apply separately for each post.
- Applicants belonging to the non-reserved category along with the application for the above category should send a demand draft of Rs. 300/- in the name of Chief Officer, Kalol Municipality, Kalol. Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Socially Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Sections will also not have to pay any fee.
- The name of the post applied for should be clearly mentioned on the application cover.
- The prescribed application form for the above category should be downloaded from the municipality website https://kalolnagarpalika.in and sent in the prescribed form only.
- The age limit will be as per the government’s policy and rules. Also, the reserved category candidates will be eligible for age relaxation as per the government’s rules.
